Return and Refund Policy

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 14 days from the date of shipment – without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free return. Product Return & Refund Policy:
We do accept returns on uniforms, clothing, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:
1. The goods must be in the original packaging.
2. The goods must be clean and free from wear.
3. The goods must be unwashed.
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, cigarette / smoke smell, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc) to return.
Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments.

Not accepted items for Return:
We do not accept exchange or return on customized items (special embroidery on GI’s or belts, gloves, etc). Hygienic products are not accepted as well: mouth guards, groin guards, etc. even if they are new.
